1). HR Manager
Location: Agbara, Ogun
Summary:
- The ideal candidate will be saddled with the responsibilities of providing advisory services on issues revolving around the organization’s workforce, recruitment, learning and development, employee engagement, performance management, payroll, benefits, and leave and enforcing company policies and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Facilitate training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and competencies.
- Conduct regular evaluations of HR policies and procedures to ensure effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with Head of Departments to address staffing needs and support their HR-related initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR management to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 3+ years proven experience as an HR Manager.
- Strong understanding of labour laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- SHRM certification is a plus.

2). Senior Accountant
Location: Agbara, Ogun
- The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data and providing strategic guidance to management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial reporting processes, including preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and forecasts for insights into performance indicators, presenting reports to Senior Leadership.
- Coordinate external audits and tax filings.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard assets and mitigate risks.
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analyses as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on finance-related projects.
- Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure adequate funding.
- Review and approve journal entries and reconciliations.
- Communicate financial results and recommendations to senior management.
- Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and regulations.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or in any related field.
- 5+ years’ experience as an accountant, preferably in a manufacturing sector, working with General Accounting, Payroll, Inventories, Fixed Assets, Cash Accounting, Financial Analysis & Reporting.
- Professional membership of ICAN or ACCA is a must.
- Preferably experience with Odoo applicable local accounting, as well as other accounting software.
- Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals, financial statement preparation and analysis is required.
- Experience in financial operational excellence, including workflow enhancement, automation and ERP across the finance and accounting function.
- Advanced Accounting & Financial techniques
- Experience with analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Compliance oriented.
