1). Account Manager
Location: Remote
Job Description
- The Lendsqr Ideal Account manager will be responsible for developing and leveraging on long-term relationships with clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
- The Account Manager will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client’s engagement and portfolio management.
- Lendsqr is currently establishing itself in various countries. However, at the moment, whilst we work remotely, we are only able to hire employee residents in Nigeria to ensure effective employee management.
Responsibilities
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
- Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
- Monitor and analyze customer’s usage of our product
- Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
- Liaise between the customer and internal teams.
Requirements
- Minimum of a 2:1 Degree in Engineering, Business management, or any other relevant field
- 1 to 2 years of work experience as a product manager, product specialist, sales associate, customer support rep, or any other associated field.
- Strong knowledge of fintech and technical products.

2). Sales Manager

- As a Technical Sales representative, you will play a critical role in growing our SaaS loan platform by identifying and closing new business opportunities. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities by leveraging your technical knowledge and sales skills.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to understand the technical capabilities of our platform and how they can be used to solve customer problems.
- Present the value proposition of our platform to potential clients, highlighting its unique features and benefits.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Provide support to clients throughout the implementation process.
Requirements
- Minimum of a 2:1 Degree in a Business-related course, Engineering or a related degree
- Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in SaaS sales.
- Strong knowledge of fintech and technical products.
Competencies / Skills:
- A strong technical background, with experience in the SaaS industry and a good understanding of loan management systems.
- Proven success in a technical sales role, with a track record of consistently exceeding quotas.

- The ideal candidate will bring expertise in brand design, visual design, and illustration, crafting designs that align with our brand values and effectively communicate our mission to diverse audiences.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2:1 in any Degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in brand design, visual design, or similar roles.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Strong illustration skills and experience creating visuals for both digital and print platforms.
- A robust portfolio showcasing brand design, visual design, and illustration projects.
- Video editing or motion design skills are a strong plus but not compulsory.

- Excellent design, typography, and color theory skills.
- Ability to translate concepts into compelling visuals that align with brand objectives.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality under tight deadlines.
