1). Senior Sales Associate
Location: Lagos
Description
- A successful candidate for this role is a talented sales strategist who can collaborate with the sales team to consistently meet sales goals.

Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
- Consistently achieve sales targets/revenue goals and KPI’s set by management.
- Manage leads and follow-up with prospects.
- Build strong relationships with customers to generate repeat business.
- Create short and long term sales plans with the intention of achieving the given objectives.
- Provide insights to management for improving products based on interactions with and feedback from customers.
- Consistently meet the revenue goals in accordance with team/organisational goals.
- Actively looking for possibilities to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers.
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and processes.
- Lead conversion from numerous sales channels.
Requirements

- Have 4-5 years of experience in B2B sales, especially in Fintech.
- Have empathy for users and can quickly grasp the contexts within which their businesses operate.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Have excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Are proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Have the ability to work a flexible schedule.
