1). Analyst – Treasury Operations

Mission

  • The Treasury Operations Analyst will support the day-to-day operations of the treasury function, ensuring timely and accurate execution of financial transactions, and compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
  • The role involves managing cash positions, executing payments, reconciling bank accounts, and supporting treasury operations reporting.
  • The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and has a strong understanding of banking operations, financial instruments, and treasury systems.

Description

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to CBN guidelines and implement controls for managing statutory and liquidity requirements.
  • Transaction Settlement: Oversee the timely and accurate settlement of cash and securities transactions across RTGS, NIBSS, and interbank platforms.
  • Ledger Management: Maintain accurate General Ledger entries for all treasury transactions, including investments, borrowings, and collateralized facilities.
  • Reconciliation: Improve and automate reconciliation processes to minimize discrepancies and ensure financial reporting integrity.
  • Platform Access & Operations: Manage access to and operations across settlement platforms (RTGS, ACSD, QEX), ensuring secure and seamless processing.
  • Process & Policy Adherence: Enforce standard operating procedures and continuously update process manuals and operational risk policies to reflect evolving business and regulatory needs.

Requirements
Education:

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, and other related fields.

Experience:
A minimum of 3 to 7 years’ total experience in a similar position

  • Proven experience in treasury or settlements operations in a Bank, Fintech or Payment solution business is of great advantage.
  • Advanced understanding of treasury and banking principles .
  • Intermediate knowledge of accounting and finance principles, with the ability to apply concepts within a treasury context.
  • Should have experience with bank reconciliation.
  • Knowledge of the workings of the CBN, TMS/X and ACSD systems.

3). Manager, Special Projects Towerco Management – Network

Mission

  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of the Tower Co Unit to Provide a centralized projection on RFI and WOs with all stakeholders, for Network Infrastructure Rollout, on major projects such as Site build (2G &3G), LTE, 5G, RRU, Small Cells, Fiber Projects, MW Projects, WTM projects and Rural Telephony projects.
  • Responsible for monitoring project and managing all Commercial (OPEX & CAPEX) reconciliation with respect to tenement rate and Lease rental for all BTS and Colo colocation portfolios (TowerCos).
  • Responsible for drafting and supervising all new contract and renewal for all Tower providers and landlords end to end.
  • Interface with TowerCO’s on the delivery of work orders and subsequently delivery site readiness (RFI) for all planned sites, supporting the integration of sites, supervising the build status of sites until site readiness (RFI) is achieved.

Job Description

  • Manage accurate Tower Co site database. Ensure all details released with respect to WO paraments (RF/TX) (RF antenna Height, Tower Height, Antenna type, Site configurations etc.) are accurate before WO issuance.
  • Ensure that all approved changes occurring on the network in the database are tracked and updated.
  • Inter departmental Collaboration/interface with other Network Group Divisions.
  • Collate and record site ordering data for each OEM, monitor deliverables and ensure adherence to specifications per site.
  • Escalate any issues that may affect network availability to the SM
  • Continuously analyses new project and maintenance requirements in order to foresee anticipated risk that may arise throughout site project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with Network (RF Planning team, Tx Planning team Radio access implementation team, Transmission Implementation team, Regional Operations) to ensure that all requirements on existing sites are agreed, aligned and achieved
  • Managing the process of negotiating favorable lease terms with landowners, including rent, lease duration, renewal options, and termination clauses.

Requirements

  • Ensure proper accountability of PFIs and submitted invoice reflects the task carried out by each Tower Providers and DAS vendors before it submitted for PR & PO processing.

  • Ensuring compliance with approved contracts and agreements with Tower providers and Partners
  • Collaborate with RF Planners and Operations team to keep track of all halted and decommissioned sites.
