1). Video Editor/Cinematographer
Location: Lekki (On-site), Lagos

Key Responsibilities
Video Editing & Post-Production:
- Edit video content for websites, social media, and YouTube, ensuring consistency with Nairametrics’ brand and style.
- Incorporate visual effects, motion graphics, and sound design using industry-standard software.
Collaboration & Creativity:
- Work closely with the creative team to develop and execute video content ideas.
- Contribute creatively to storyboarding and content strategy.
Cinematography:
- Film and capture high-quality footage using professional cameras and equipment.
- Utilize cinematography skills to enhance lighting, framing, and overall video aesthetics.
Project Management:
- Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure all deliverables maintain high-quality production standards.
Education & Experience
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
- At least three years in video editing, cinematography, and post-production.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and other relevant software.
- Strong understanding of motion graphics, sound design, and visual storytelling.
- Expertise in lighting, framing, and professional camera operation.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset and attention to detail.
Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 / month.

- This role includes overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, policy compliance, and compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute innovative HR strategies in alignment with the company’s objectives.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
- Employee Relations: Cultivate a positive work environment by managing employee engagement initiatives, resolving conflicts, and promoting inclusivity.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal systems and design professional development programs to enhance productivity.
- Policy and Compliance: Ensure adherence to Nigerian labor laws and company policies, with ongoing updates to HR practices as needed.
- Compensation and Benefits: Design competitive compensation packages and manage benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.

Qualifications
- BSc Degree

The ideal candidate will play a key part in shaping the voice of NFAL, moderating exclusive interviews, hosting insightful webinars, and co-hosting podcasts that connect with business leaders, influencers, and market experts.
Key Responsibilities
Moderation of Exclusive Interviews:
- Moderate high-profile interviews with business executives, thought leaders, and public figures at events and online platforms.
- Lead in-depth discussions on relevant market trends, business developments, and thought leadership topics.
Hosting Webinars:
- Lead NFAL’s monthly and quarterly webinars, engaging with industry experts and delivering value-driven content to the audience.
- Drive impactful conversations during webinars, ensuring smooth transitions, audience interaction, and clarity in delivering insights.
Co-hosting Podcasts:
- Co-host NFAL’s weekly podcast sessions, contributing to thought-provoking discussions on finance, business, and economic trends.
- Collaborate with fellow hosts to create engaging, informative, and entertaining podcast episodes.
Content Creation:
- Support the development of engaging scripts, research, and guest selection for the interviews, webinars, and podcasts.
- Ensure content is aligned with NFAL’s brand values and objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Proven experience in moderating live events, hosting webinars, and podcasting.
- Exceptional public speaking, interviewing, and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of business trends, finance, and current events.
- Ability to engage and connect with audiences across different media platforms.
- Comfortable with live broadcasting and handling dynamic conversations in real-time.
