1). Interface Coordinator

Job Type: Contract
Job Summary
- To support the implementation of the Interface Management System and processes to deliver a robust and effective interface management within the project.
- To lead the execution of interface agreements throughout the interface agreement lifecycle and facilitate, monitor and report on the effectiveness of Interface Agreement process with internal and external stakeholders to ensure and assure effective and efficient application of interface agreement management practices in support of project milestones.

Leadership:
- Provide positive leadership to subordinates
- Contribute to the management of project leadership to support project progress and the business growth
- Provide advice and support to all project team members
- Coach and mentor the project team to ensure professionalism and the company’s core values are maintained
Core/Technical:
- Execution and management of the interface management system and process within the project.
- Prepare and report of the effectiveness of the Interface Agreement process performance and suggest and implement improvements.
- “Right size” the application of the interface agreement process as appropriate.
- Responsible for the maintenance of the project technical interface database, factual reporting Interface Agreement status and actions to deliver and communicate to management as appropriate.
- Lead and contribute in and Interface Agreement Workshops on the interface agreement process with Company and Contractor to ensure compliance.
- Manage and update the Interface Tracking Database, recording correspondence with internal and external parties and is managed to conclusion.
- Develop guidelines, processes and procedures necessary to support and control the Interface Agreement process for project(s).
- Manage information related to the interface agreement required to develop commercial agreements and similar.
- Plan the interface work based upon project milestones and objectives.
- Contribute to COMPANY Lessons Learned process.
- Organize meeting for the internal and external Interface Management activities as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor in Engineering (B. Eng)
- Professional HR certification; NSE, COREN, PMP
- 8 years’ experience in a major projects environment and/or operations and maintenance of hydrocarbon processing facilities, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of the Interface Agreement Management System, Process & Execution.

2). Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Lead
Location: Rivers

Job Summary
- Lead and Manage the Project Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Department.
- Be responsible for the development, management, implementation, operation, monitoring and review of the project HSE management system, with the goal of achieving work activities without incident, harm to personnel or damage to property or the environment
- Provide functional Project HSE Leadership to all project management, supervision and work personnel

Leadership:
- Provide positive and professional leadership to all directreport and personnel at project
- Coach and mentor the HSE personneland other directreport to ensure professionalism and the company’s core values are maintained.
- Provide advice and support to Project team on issues relating to occupational health and safety.
- Support implementation of HSE policies, procedures, standard etc at the project
- Delegate appropriate responsibility as maybe required whilst retaining overall accountability. Core/Technical
- To ensure all project HSE deliverables (HSE plan, JHA, Budget, and Procedures etc.) are developed and approved by client.
- Liaise with ProjectManager and Clienton all project HSE matters.
- Ensure staff and subcontractors are medically fit prior to commencement of works.
- Ensure implementation of company Health, safety, environmental and waste management policies and plans.
- Ensure development and implementation of Project HSE training plan, to guaranteeproject HSE competencies.
- Ensure project incidents are promptly reportedto the Client, investigated, improvement recommendations promptly closed out and lessons shared.
- Initiate and participate in all projectrisk assessments and HSE workshops, maintain register of all actionsarising from the workshops and ensure results are implemented as work is executed.
- Develop project emergency response procedures and implement measuresto promote improvements.
- Attend Client and Oilserv meetings, as required.
- Lead HSE assessment team for the selection of Sub-contractors.
- Ensure project HSE Auditsare conducted in line with Project HSE Audit Plan and corrective actions promptly implemented.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or other related field.
- NEBOSH IGC
- ISO Certificates
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- 10+ Oil and gas field HSE experience, with at least 6 years in HSE (Majorprojects) management function.
