1). Customer Support Agents
Location: Lagos
OPay is a one-stop mobile-based platform for payment, and other important services in your everyday life. Millions of users rely on OPay every day to send and receive money, pay bills.
We are looking for Adhoc staff to assist us with verification tasks on a temporary basis.
Key Duties
- Verification of new customers onboarding documents,
- Uploading and Update Customers information.
- Due diligence of users’ information is in place.
- Daily KPI of 200 upgrades daily.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Smart, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency with the use of a computer Minimum NCE/OND certification

2). Logistics Assistant (Adhoc)

Job Summary:
We are looking for adhoc staff to handle logistics and distribution of our products to customers, planning and monitoring outgoing deliveries, organize workspace and orders, and process shipment

3). Business Development Officer (SME)
Location: Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- On-boarding key merchants within their assigned locality in the state.
- Deploy POS and manage relationships.
- Continuously build a stronger Merchant
- Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
- Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. / HND in any Management or Social Science Degree
- 1 – 2 years’ experience as a Direct Sales Agent, or retail banking sales experience.
- Extremely flexible, result-oriented, hardworking with a strong track record of success
- Good selling and customer relationship skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet and exceed sales target.
