Role Summary

Required Experience and Capabilities

- A Master’s degree or professional qualification in a relevant discipline will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of ten (10) years’ cognate experience in project development, investment promotion, economic development, or a related field.
- Experience in investment banking and working in a development finance institution (DFI) will be an added advantage
- Proven track record of leadership and management in a similar role.
- Experience in working with government agencies, international organisations, and private sector investors development finance institutions and investment banks.

- Proven track record of success in Investment Banking, Road Asset Management, Transportation Infrastructure, Business Operations, Capital Markets or Advisory Services
- Strong understanding of Road Asset Management principles, Technologies, and best practices.
- In-depth understanding of the regulatory landscape of the Nigerian capital markets, including SEC rules, the Investments and Securities Act (ISA), and NSE regulations.
- Familiarity with Regulatory Frameworks and Industry Standards (e.g., ISO 55001).
