1). Head, Internal Audit
Location: Lagos
Job Objectives
- The Head, Internal Audit is responsible for leading the internal audit function of Promasidor Nigeria. This includes planning, executing, and reporting on operational, financial, and regulatory compliance- related audits, as well as conducting forensic investigations when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a risk-based internal audit plan for Promasidor Nigeria in consultation with the Executive Management and the Board of Director.
- Oversee the execution of the internal audit plan, ensuring that all audits are conducted in accordance with professional standards and applicable laws and regulations.
- Lead the Internal Audit team and manage their performance to ensure that they deliver high- quality work in a timely manner.
- Implement a continuous auditing framework using modern Data Visualization.
- Collaborate with senior management and functional leaders to identify and assess business risks and ensure that appropriate mitigating controls are in place.
- Keep abreast of regulatory changes and industry best practices and ensure that the internal audit function is aligned with them.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Conduct forensic investigations when necessary and report findings and recommendations to senior management, and functional leaders.
- Monitor the implementation of audit and investigation recommendations and follow up on any outstanding issues.
- Manage the budget and resources of the internal audit function.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the effectiveness of the internal audit function.
- Prepare quarterly reports on the activities of the internal audit function for the Board of Directors and senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external auditors and other stakeholders.
Requirements
Educational Quaification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIA, CISA, CFE or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of experience in internal audit, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience with a large FMCG company, or Big 4 assurance experience is preferred.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of internal audit methodologies, risk management practices, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

2). Dairy Lead
Location: Ekiti
Objective
- Manage all aspects of the dairy operation, including milking, feeding and nutrition, calve rearing and dairy labor management.
Key Responsibilities
- All aspects of feeding and nutrition of all animals in terms of applying the best practices to achieve best animal performance in milk production and reproduction at the most profitable level, achieving best quantity and quality levels of feeding the dairy herd and all youngstock, apply constant monitoring and improvement
- With support from the on-farm veterinarian, implement a proactive animal health plan to avoid animal health issues, monitor, detect and treat all animal health and disease issues in any and all animals at IDF promptly, cost effectively and efficiently
- Apply best management practices to all classes of livestock to achieve highest levels of cow comfort
- Train, manage and apply the work force to achieve highest utilization of the manpower available
- Apply all machinery and equipment to achieve highest efficiencies of the use of these
- Recording of any and all events, keep neat hard copy records and transfer these onto electronic records daily
- Monitor, assess, weigh and record feeding levels of all classes of livestock
- Regular liaison with the on-farm Veterinarian on all aspects of animal health
- Organize, implement and monitor all aspects of calve rearing
- Follow all and any instructions of the GM in full and on time
Requirements
Educational Qualification:
- Qualifications in any aspects of bovine and dairy cow performance
Experience:
- At least 10 years of experience and practical application in dairy herd management

3). Tax Supervisor
Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance, timely filing and remittance of all taxes and levies (such as PAYE, VAT, WHT, CIT, TET, CGT, PTFL etc.) within stipulated timeline.
- Manage relationship with tax authorities and consultants and coordinate all tax audits.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation for tax-related transactions
- Reconcile tax accounts and ensure accurate reporting for the monthly pre-close activities
- Provide innovative tax management, planning, and tax-savings strategies, to optimize the company’s tax position.
- Conduct initial review of contracts for tax & regulatory compliance and efficiency.
- Review and reconcile general ledger entries for tax exposure; identify tax risks, propose risk mitigation plan and monitor implementation.
- Monitor changes within the tax and regulatory space as it affects the Food and Beverage Industry and implement the necessary changes to ensure continued compliance.
- Liaise with the consultant to process and obtain certificate of acceptance of fixed asset (CAFA)
- Process and obtain TCC for all employees in different States.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Replicate skill and capability in supervised personnel.
- Perform any other role that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
Educational Qualification:
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc. / HND Accounting or any finance related course
- Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CITN)
Experience:
- At least three years’ experience in related field
- Familiarity with industry-specific tax matters
Key Competencies / Knowledge:
- Proficiency in use of accounting software and MS Office Suite
- Appreciable Knowledge of Nigerian Tax laws
- Basic knowledge of Transfer Pricing Regulation
- Strong analytical and problem solving skill
- Strong oral and written communication skills
