1). Plant Operator

Responsibilities
- To set up production machines, set stipulated parameters for different SKUs/product lines and change parametric settings during change of line/SKUs.
- To monitor and identify malfunctioning machine/parts and fix it before total breakdown.
- To carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on all the machines on the production lines.
- Reports any fault he cannot fix to the maintenance (engineering) team.
- To ensure that all products meet quality specifications.
- Maintains equipment in optimum condition.
- Keeps the environment of the process/ packing plant especially your work area clean in line with GMP and 5s philosophy.
- Operates the equipment to obtain consistent and continuous operation of the plant in line with the detailed production plans.
- Takes and record operational parameters at required intervals.
- Troubleshoots minor problems.

2). Factory Operator

- To ensure that all products meet quality specification
- Maintains equipment in optimum condition
- To monitor and identify malfunctioning machine/parts and before total breakdown,
- To carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on the machines,
- Reports any fault this you cannot fix within economically rational time to the maintenance Line technician.
Requirements
- Minimum of First Degree
- 2 – 5 years work experience in a similar position
- Proactive and able to implement continual improvement program.
