1). Sales Dispatcher

Job Responsibilities
- Order Management: Receiving and processing sales orders, verifying their accuracy, and preparing dispatch documentation.
- Route Planning and Optimization: Planning efficient delivery routes for dispatch riders or vehicles, considering factors like traffic, distance, and delivery deadlines.
- Dispatch Coordination: Supervising the loading and unloading of goods onto delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling and safety procedures are followed.
- Delivery Tracking and Reporting: Monitoring the progress of deliveries, providing updates to relevant parties (sales teams, customers), and maintaining accurate records of dispatched items.
- Inventory Management: Maintaining records of stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory counts, and reporting any discrepancies or damages.
- Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Equipment Management: Ensuring the proper maintenance and roadworthiness of dispatch vehicles, and reporting any issues or damages.
- Safety Compliance: Ensuring all dispatch operations adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Possess a university Degree in any discipline, preferably in Business Administration.
- Possess two to three years’ experience within a reputable FMCG / multinational company.
- Be a computer expert especially in MS Word, Excel and Power point.
- Have strong numerical skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Be a team player with the ability to drive the team to unsurpassed success.
- Be mobile and willing to be flexible in terms of location.
- Driving license is a must

2). Factory Technician
Job Requisition ID: JR002138
Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- To produce and hygienically fill non defective jerry cans (bottles or pouches) accurately with wholesome product
- Calibration of all top load scales must be done on shift basis (to prevent under fillings and over fillings)
- Maintains equipment in optimum condition (CLIT, safety checklist etc)
- Keeps the environment of the packing plant especially your work area clean in line with GMP and 5s and clean-as-you-go philosophy
- Operates the equipment to obtain consistent and continuous operation of the plant in line with the detailed production plans (check daily production plan on the board)
- Takes and record operational parameters at required intervals (hourly production output on the board provided is a MUST)
- Troubleshoots minor problems (all these must be recorded in your handover notebook)
- To do all tasks in line with laid down QMS, GMP, HACCP and FSMS policies
- To comply with all safety rules laid down in the Packing plant (don’t by-pass safety locks, don’t by-pass or remove machine guards, don’t operate unsafe machines)
- Ensures all production tank levels are monitored and kept within control during operations (know the tank(s) you are packing from and the quantity in the tank(s), find out about stand by tank and its temperature)
- Replaces oil filter bags as at when due as stated in the operational procedure (four, four hourly monitoring of CCP condition is mandatory and shall be recorded in the logbook provided immediately),
- Ensures the readiness of production machinery as well as packaging and raw materials as per the day’s production schedule (opening stock-OS, receipt, production output, closing stock-CS and remark columns must be filled in the book provided), hourly produce tonnage shall be recorded in the ‘oil tracking form’ provided.

3). Plant Operator

- To take ownership of the machine and equipment proper cleaning and daily routine maintenance.
