1). Accounts Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Responsibilities:

  • Monthly Statutory Payments
  • Key Data Entries for Receivables and Payables
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Daily Bank Balances and Reporting
  • Cash Advance & Expense Claim Analysis
  • Project Monitoring, Analysis and Reporting

Requirements

  • OND/BSC/HND in Accounting from an accredited institution.
  • Completion of NYSC is mandatory for BSC & HND applicants
  • Proficiency in the use of Excel & Accounting Software.
  • Good interpersonal skills & job delivery
  • Attention to details is highly expected.
  • Knowledge on occupational health and safety will be an added advantage.

2). Admin/HR Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee employee onboarding, records management, and compliance with HR policies.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings and interview scheduling.
  • Responsible for monitoring the daily security, maintenance, and services of work facilities to ensure that they meet the needs of the organization.
  • Provide administrative support for the day-to-day running of the organization.
  • Managing all company documents and controls
  • Support payroll processing, leave management, and employee welfare initiatives.
  • Coordinate the maintenance, scheduling, and documentation of company vehicles.

Requirements

  • B.Sc., or HND in Human resource management, Business administration or any related field.
  • Candidate must be organised, detailed oriented and process driven
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience
  • Knowledge on occupational health and safety will be an added advantage.
