1). Officer, Fixed Income & Money Market
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job purpose description
- To effectively support Global Market Operations functions on Fixed Income Securities transactions with the purpose of providing quality level of operational service in support of Global Market and other business and functional units within Stanbic IBTC Bank Plc.
Key Responsibilities
- Monthly submission of interbank Bond trade returns to DMO.
- Daily settlement of bond trades via S4
- Processing and settlement of Commercial Paper Transaction
- Timely process of customers transactions Ensure timely settlement of transactions.
- Excellent customer service delivery at all times.
- Abide by procedures, group reference guide (GRG) to banking routine
- Maintain routine standards at all times and be guided by operatives around Audit findings and expectations to ensure full compliance
- Prevention of income leakage through timely and correct postings
- Support and assist the Team Leader, Fixed Income and Money Market by providing the necessary Back up support services to ensure the efficient operations of systems and processes of transactions
Qualifications
- First Degree
- Professional Accountancy Certification (e.g. CA / CIMA / ‘CAN ACA)
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year banking experience

2). Analyst, Credit, MIS & Portfolio Rprtng
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job Purpose
- To be responsible for creating and maintaining a robust management information platform & process, producing accurate, timely and meaningful MI to meet regulatory & other requirements. Providing credit analytics to inform credit policy.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurate and Timely rendition of reports to all stakeholders
- Prompt responses to any queries from SBA Credit Finance, Regulators and Auditors
- Ensure that all inputs required for the production of the MI Reports are received on time
- Ensure ongoing availability of accurate, ‘real time’ management information
- Ensure that reports and returns to all stakeholders are accurate and reach recipients before agreed deadlines
- Ensure ongoing availability of accurate, ‘real time’ management information covering ‘flow’ and ‘stock’ measures
- Support objectives performance appraisal in all areas by providing workflow measurement and turnaround monitoring systems and MI on a regular basis
Qualifications
- B.Sc/B.Ed/B.Eng
Experience
- At least 1 year relevant experience within a Credit analytics environment.
- Exposure to bank lending environment
