1). Tech Analyst

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Description

  • Develop and maintain test plans and cases for the bank’s mobility sector and adjacent verticals’ technology solutions.
  • Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure software quality in the bank’s mobility sector and adjacent verticals.
  • Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on product functionality.
  • Analyze test results and document findings, providing detailed reports to stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and refinement of quality assurance processes to enhance product reliability.
  • Participate in project planning and review meetings to ensure quality is considered at all stages of development.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts by coordinating with end-users and stakeholders in the mobility ecosystem.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in quality assurance.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned.

Qualification

  • Candidates should possess relevant qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2). Mobility Business Origination, Partnership & Alliance Manager

Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the mobility sector by analyzing market trends, conducting research, and developing strategies to attract new clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Act as contact person for clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions
  • Assist in developing proposals and presentations for prospective mobility clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Analyse existing client portfolios and recommend strategies for cross-selling and upselling financial products across the ecosystem and its value chain
  • Develop account plans and strategies to achieve sales targets. Negotiate and implement contracts with key clients
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of key accounts
  • Develop and track performance metrics for key accounts to ensure business goals are met

3). Finance Manager, Business Mobility

Description

  • Ensure organization’s resources are allocated efficiently by monitoring and tracking expenses related to various initiatives
  • Develop models and financial forecast to evaluate the financial viability of projects
  • Ensure all financial activities adhere to organizational policies and regulatory requirements
  • Analyses financial data to provide insights and recommendations
  • Support process improvements by identifying bottlenecks in financial administration and operational workflows
  • Ensure that financial statements are prepared in accordance with relevant provisions of IFRS monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Act as a focal point and Trusted financial adviser to Business Head and other SBU
  •  Responsible for driving the Business Plan for the Business, Monthly Profitability Meetings

  • A Master’s degree (MBA, MSc Finance, or related field) is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of total 10 years of progressive experience with 5 years within the financial services industry
