1). Premium Spirits Account Leader – On Trade
Location: Abuja
- The successful candidate will be expected to plan and implement consumer promotions/events according to brand plan. He/ She will also be expected to lead the market development of area/customer of responsibility (volume, growth, revenue, market share, etc.) & achieves KBIs.
IS THIS YOU?
- BA / B. SC or HND in relevant discipline
- Minimum of five years’ experience in FMCG (Alcoholic Beverage/Premium Spirits Category), three (3) of which must have been in the Sales Manager role.
- Commercial & customer marketing experience (Spirits/AFBs)
- Desired candidate must be an excellent communicator and interested in delivering and improving service standards to our esteem customers.
- Proven experience in On-Trade Activation
- Selling & Negotiation Skills
- Strong analysis & Synthesis skills

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sets daily outlet visit plan based on routing.
- Executes Sales Drivers Activities (Distribution, Visibility, Promotion, Quality, Persuasion)
- Runs the commercial surveys, analyzes market demand and potential
- Evaluates Sales performance and sets daily targets with On-trade Manager
- Plans and implements consumer promotions/events according to brand plan
- Sets standards of customer relationships according to priorities & agreed plans and ensures that these are adhered across all agreements and customer interactions.
- Leads the market development of area/customer of responsibility (volume, growth, revenue, market share, etc.) & achieves KBIs
- Manages the budget within agreed guidelines and ensures responsible allocation of DME
- Ensures implementation of own IDP
- Contributes to the development of the total team by sharing knowledge to peers and upwards.
- Drives implementation of promotional calendar in own area
- Effective selling and negotiation with customers (new products, distribution, etc. )
- Participation to team activities for the achievement of the team’s results (critical KBIs)
- Builds and continuously upgrades customer relationships to drive the Business forward
- Ensures that relationships are developed with peers across cooperating departments and upwards that lead to alignment of plans and enable delivery of sales results.
- Continuously improves processes and exploits growth opportunities in the market that will bring better results at lower cost
- Ensures achievement of new launches targets in own area and contributes to total team result.
- 100% debts collection from outlets on a month.
- 100% daily collage of outlet for the year- Aligned with the Line manager.

2). Coffee Ambassador
Location: Nigeria
ABOUT THE JOB
- As a Coffee Ambassador, you will be responsible for launching & driving the growth of the coffee business by acquiring outlets across the channels including new Away-from-Home (AH) outlets, engaging customers, and delivering barista training. You will play a key role in business development, ensuring high-quality coffee experiences while driving sales, profitability, and market expansion.
IS THIS YOU?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food & Beverage Management or a related field.
- Certification in Barista Skills, Coffee Brewing, or Coffee Business Management are a plus
- Experience within Nigeria Coffee category is must:5 years in Coffee Sales, Business Development, Or AFH Channel Activation
- Experience in new customer development relevant categories: proven experience in launching or expanding a coffee brand in Nigeria

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Presents coffee offer to potential new outlets, mastering product range and professional machine coffee making techniques and barista coffee-related routines
- Has full end to end ownership of NBC Coffee category under his/her area of responsibility
- Creates sales pipeline of potential new outlets based on coffee segmentation guidelines
- Runs contract negotiation and oversees the contract singing and renewal process with Sales channel teams.
- Market development of area/customer of responsibility (volume, growth, revenue, numerical distribution, etc.) & achieves KBIs
- Manages the budget within agreed guidelines and ensures responsible allocation of DME, CAPEX and Repairs and Maintenance of equipment and POS materials
- Performs and monitors customer satisfaction through key KBIs
- Has customer facing responsibilities including, basic technical knowledge of equipment, setting and adjusting coffee equipment, training of all customer stakeholders
- Manages clear communication between customer and internal CCH stakeholders (marketing, coffee experts and technical service)
