1). Lead Mechanical Engineer
Location: Nigeria

Description
- Prepare maintenance philosophies, specifications and work scopes for the following equipment:
- 5 LP compressors Waukesha 7044 engines driving Superior WH 64 compressors.
- 6 IP compressors Waukesha 7044 engines driving Superior WH62 compressors.
- 2 HP compressors CAT 3616 engines driving Superior WG74 compressors and 2 Sales gas compressors with same engine
- Refridge compressor with CAT 3516 engine and Frick SGC 2817 Screw compressor. Plus associated equipment, Mole Seive unit
- Overhaul the above stated equipment type and model of engines and compressors as required
- Generate critical spares and fluids required for smooth operation.
- Diagnose mechanical faults via Cat ET and ESM
- Document performance history for each equipment
- Train, Coach and Mentor Pan Ocean’s staff.
- Develop procedures for mechanical equipment testing, installation, commissioning and startup.
- Witness and Monitor installation activities to ensure compliance with job specifications, functional performance, safety goals, and terms of contrac
Requirements
- Mechanical Engineering qualification
- Relevant technical qualifications and certifications in CAT & Waukesia engine maintenance
- Extensive experience in upstream operations with significant experience in a supervisory capacity.
- Understanding of and experience in gas production engineering.
- Work experience in multidisciplinary teams & multicultural environment is a must. Previous work experience in Nigeria is a plus.
- Very good understanding of oil and gas procedures and practices.
- Experience in gas processing to include separation, dewatering and fiscal metering. Ability to work with operations personnel to resolve problems.
- Fluency in English (written/spoken).
- Good PC capabilities.
- Coren Registered Engineer.

2). Mechanical Technician
Location: Nigeria

Description
- To ensure that all vehicles at the flow station and drilling locations are well service and good working order.
- To ensure daily monitoring of water systems at flow station, Ovade Village, Amukpe Lact unit and all drilling locations
- Carry out daily recording of parameters of all static and rotating equipment.
- Carry out repair of pipelines in all locations.
- Ensure that all generators at different field locations are serviced as due.
- Daily/ monthly inventory of all equipment at field locations.
Requirements

3). LACT Unit Operator
Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Description
- To operate, maintain, and carry out daily checks on all the equipment on the UNIT and prover Loop at specified intervals as may be determined by the company SOP
- Hourly tracking and documentation of the Installed custody transfer meters, and inlineauto sampler. line pressures and other instruments on the LACT UNIT in other to ensure they are performing; at their optimal level.
- Ensure Bi-hourly manual sampling and analysis of the pipeline crude oil samples and liaise with designated parties during control sample catching and storage
- Catching daily samples from the Autosampler for analysis and resetting the autosampler for a new day run
- Preparation & computation of daily production report and transmitting them along with the computer printout from the control unit to designated parties.
- First-level Maintenance of the Auto Sampler unit.
- Provide regular and necessary feedback on all measurement issues at the LACTUNIT to designated authorities in order to ensure that the LACT UNIT is operated and maintained at a 100% availability level.
- Monitor and ensure the Lab Technologist carries out accurate monitoring of crude oil quality BS&W, API, etc.
- Support the metering engineers/vendors in keeping records of calibration changes, modifications, and test equipment certificates on the LACT UNIT to ensure they comply with the government regulations always through scheduled certification
- Ensure that all operations at the LACT UNIT follow principles &guidelines and conform to the company’s safety, environments, and quality policies.
Requirements
- HND or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Petroleum and other related Engineering disciplines.
- 8 years’ experience in oil and gas production operations with demonstrated knowledge of mechanical and fluid flow principles.

4). Lead Maintenance Officer (Mechanical)
Location: Nigeria

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Commissioning/Maintenance of G3616, G3516 gas engines, and air compressors.
- Commissioning/Maintenance of WG7, WH6, Reciprocating compressors and
- associated cooling machines.
- Generate critical spares and fluids required for smooth operation.
- Use of Cat ET and ESM for diagnosis of mechanical faults.

5). Control Room Operator (Superintendent)
Location: Nigeria

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor and control the plant efficiently and optimally to maximize product recovery and manage the correct delivery rate and specifications to residue sales points.
- Demonstrate continuous effort to maintain safety, improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality, seamless plant operations.
- Monitor in-line chromatograph and ensure the product is kept on spec by adjusting as and when required and reporting same to operations supervisors.
- Review and update operating procedures as required by Process Safety Management.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND education or equivalent Certification. Prior DCS training is preferred.
- 6 years’ progressive experience in gas plants, of which 3 years in a similar role in operations or equivalent.
- Mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and operational experience.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Must be knowledgeable of the plant processes (Cryogenic/Non-Cryogenic) and the DCS system.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safe rules, Material Safety Data Sheets, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to read and interpret P &ID.
