1). Product Manager Intern

Location: Lagos

Description

  • Provide strategic direction and oversight to product development teams
  • Identify business and user needs through workshops, focus groups, and research initiatives, sharing insights with key stakeholders and growth professionals
  • Define the product roadmap, incorporating feedback from executive leadership, growth and marketing teams.
  • Remain involved in all stages of the product life cycle, defining and implementing refinements and upgrades to increase longevity.
  • Guide products throughout the execution cycle, and work closely with cross-functional teams, partners, and developers to create solutions that benefit our users.

2). Vehicle Operations Lead

Location: Ekiti

Description
What You’ll Do:

  • Ensure proper use of GPS system to monitor champions and track vehicles or locate them in case of theft.
  • Ensure the use of technology put in place by MAX are used optimally to monitor champions driving patterns.
  • Create strategies to reduce cost and increase the profits and also ensure increase in efficiency.
  • Create key performance index across all teams.
  • Ensure that proper report is made to the management on the maintenance of each vehicle.
  • Ensure compliance with all Federal, State and Local laws related to the repair of vehicles and equipment use and care.
  • Create and develop training modules for vehicles and equipment usage
  • Ensure fleet availability to meet all request by preparing, overseeing and surveying current user trends.
  • Ensure the implementation and enforcement of transportation scheduling and policy changes.
  • Ensure operational efficiency in maintaining a regular schedule.
  • Ensure that there is compliancy to all current update and reviews of government rules and regulations
  • Responsible for the maintenance of all vehicles and ensure that the schedules are up to date.
  • Oversee the registration, licensing of each vehicle to ensure the maximization of profit.
  • Ensure procedure and processes that has been laid down are being strictly adhere to in selecting champions from the Academy.
  • Create a budget for the team and present to the management for proper analysis and approval.

Requirements
What You’ll Need:

  • Degree in Logistics, Accounting or related field.
  • 5+ years logistics or general transportation experience.
  • 3+ years in operations leadership, strategic planning, product development, and management consulting in a fast-paced global organization.
  • Deep understanding of technology, product management, and change management.
  • Deep understanding of marketing, sales, finance and operations.
  • High levels of energy and drive, willingness to work hard.
  • Experience in Mobility/Fintech/Gig-economy/eCommerce.

3). Tech – Human Resources Business Partner

Location: Lagos

Description

  • We are looking for an exceptional TECH HRBP that will drive and execute on a world class People Strategy for our Technology Team. You will be Technology oriented, highly analytical, a self-starter, results-oriented and able to thrive in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment.
  • As TECH HRBP, you will execute People initiatives for the MAX Technology Team — including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance Management, People Strategy, Automation, Employee Engagement and Learning and Development. You will be responsible for delivering the People Infrastructure that powers the entire MAX TECH community, globally.

What You’ll Do

  • Work closely with the CTO and Tech team to execute on people strategy and people transformation initiatives across the TECH organization.
  • Focus on systematic TECH Talent Acquisition
  • Drive and manage TECH people transformation and change management initiatives.
  • Deliver a positive NPS amongst all TECH employees at MAX
  • Provide specialist risk-based advice, coaching and people related advice to execs and managers
  • Provide proactive support, coaching and mentorship to TECH Leadership to help them deliver agreed targets
  • Drive the development, review and improvement of TECH talent management across MAX
  • Manage cyclical processes including remuneration reviews, employee engagement surveys, recruitment and other people optimization processes

  • Take ownership of TECH employee complaints and issues and resolve them systematically and efficiently

4). Fleet Officer (Maintenance)

  • We are looking to hire an experienced Fleet Officer who will take responsiblity of maintaining, documenting and tracking our Vehicles.
  • You will be a strategic thinker with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
What you will do:

  • Registering and licensing all vehicles under their management.
  • Ensures compliance with Nigeria’s Transport laws and regulations.
  • To scan vehicles into the maintenance area using the [City] Asset movements google form.
  • Maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection.
  • Scheduling regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Ensuring strict servicing and maintenance times to minimize downtime and maintain schedules.
  • Communicate the parts to be replaced to the champion, by completing the Parts purchase form.
  • Utilizing GPS systems to monitor drivers and track vehicles in case of theft.
  • Analyzing data to increase business operational efficiency.
  • Create and fill out a job card for any vehicle that is brought for preventive maintenance to any MAX location
  • Administer champions satisfaction survey.
  • Issue the vehicle exit authorization.

Requirements

  • A Degree in Engineering, Sciences, Finance, Accounting or any relevant fields, Minimum of a BSc / HND.
  • Minimum experience of 2 years
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills
  • Excellent understanding of Inventory Control principles and practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace.
