Job Summary

• The Senior Graphics Designer designs and executes content and other digital features on topics related to the organization’s mission.
• The Designer also assists in developing project scripts and outlines, giving technical feedback during the process.
• The Designer designs and produces high-quality graphics for videos, websites, presentations and digital products.
• S/he edits together original footage and stock photos for videos, websites, presentations and digital products.

What you’ll get to do

• Collaborate closely on developing graphic and other digital concepts and projects.
• Assist in designing and creating storyboards and scripts.
• Design and deliver high-quality graphics optimized for video/web/social media dissemination.
• Select, edit, and incorporate third party content (stills, footage, music, graphics, etc.) as needed.
• Retouch, correct, and colour-grade photo content.

• Work closely with the Digital Designer and assist in developing multimedia presentations for meetings, conferences, etc.

Job Summary

• The Senior Front-end Engineer is required to produce and implement functional software solutions for web clients. You will be using the angular js and/or angular 6+ application framework.
• Experience with these frameworks is an added advantage but you can apply if you have experience with similar J.S frameworks. You will work with the Enterprise Architect to define software requirements and take the lead on operational and technical projects.
• In this role, you should be able to work independently with little supervision.
• You should have excellent organization and problem-solving skills.
• You are also required to have hands-on experience in software development and agile methodologies. Your primary goal will be to develop high-quality software that is aligned with user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the required competency needs in terms of training, knowledge gaps, upskilling, abilities and behavioral development.
• Design learning strategies, roadmaps, programs, courses, delivery methods, structure, duration, assessments, case studies, surveys and feedback.
• Develop flexible learning interventions and implement a wide variety of models from on-the-job training to Instructor-led sessions, peer to peer sessions, projects etc.
• Evaluate value to business impact by measuring key metrics of delivery, progress, post training performance and program’s effectiveness.
• Manage budgets for learning interventions and training programs; tracking spending and reporting on their outcomes.

Requirements
