1). Mechanical Technician

Key Responsibilities
- Performing Routine Maintenance: This includes tasks like cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting equipment and facilities.
- Troubleshooting and Repairing Issues: Identifying and resolving problems with equipment, machinery, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and other building systems.
- Preventative Maintenance: Implementing and carrying out preventative maintenance procedures to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Responding to Emergency Situations: Addressing urgent maintenance needs and ensuring quick repairs to prevent further damage or disruption.
- Maintaining Inventory: Keeping track of supplies, parts, and equipment used for maintenance tasks.
- Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and preventative maintenance procedures.
- Safety Compliance: Ensuring that all maintenance activities are conducted safely and in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
- Working with Others: Collaborating with other staff members, contractors, and vendors as needed.
- Performing General Maintenance Tasks: This may include painting, landscaping, carpentry, and other general upkeep tasks.
- Assisting with Installations: Participating in the installation of new equipment and systems.
- Training Others: Assisting in training other staff members on the operation and maintenance of equipment.
- Quality Control: Conducting periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.

2). Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) Shift Operator
Location: Nigeria
Job type: Full time
Responsibilities
- Regulate and control the flow of effluent through the plant by operating and adjusting treatment plant pumps, motors, blowers, and other equipment to maintain proper plant operations.
- Mix and add treatment chemicals and ensure adequate chemical application according to regulations and guidelines.
- Maintain, compile, and update plant operations logs, gauge readings, and reports during assigned shift
- Collect and document liquid and solid samples and perform a variety of routine water quality laboratory tests; work closely with the laboratory on testing processes; monitor laboratory results
- Assist in periodic maintenance work, including disassembly and repair of pumps, valves, flow meters, and other plant equipment.
Requirements
- Perform general plant facility maintenance, oil, grease, and clean equipment
- Participate in the development of goals and procedures for wastewater treatment activities
- Maintain factory cleanliness & orderliness at all times.
- Perform related duties as required
- Carry out continuous plant improvement program
- To identify and rate aspects of the departmental activities and develop programs where necessary, to help control those aspects that could have adverse impacts on the environment.

3). Site Risk Manager
Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Job type: Full time
Responsibilities
- To ensure continual sustenance of the organisation’s management systems, including recertification when due:
- ISO45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety Management System
- ISO14001:2015 Environmental Management
- To support (where applicable to HSE) the implementation of other management systems subscribed to by the organisation.
- GMP ISO22716:2007, QMS ISO9001:2015, EnMS ISO50001:2018
- To continuously monitor & communicate HSE performance indicators as weekly reports to Site Management and Group HSE team, and monthly reports to the Engineering Team.
- Coordination and management of the implementation of HSE projects on Ikorodu site
- To ensure planned and timely servicing of fire extinguishers, hydrants, hose reels, smoke detectors, heat sensors, manual call points and alarm systems to maintain them in good working conditions.
- To develop and implement contractor management system for the Ikorodu factory site.
- To ensure effective and efficient coordination of fire marshals, first aiders, safety and environmental champions to meet operational expectations.
- Collaborates with the Engineering & Maintenance team, factory team, and emergency response team in ensuring safe executions of routine and non-routine jobs.
- Works closely with the regulatory and certification bodies to ensure compliance with statutory and other relevant standards.
- Liaise with Contractors to achieve compliance with corporate HSE targets.

Required Qualifications
- B.Sc./ M.Sc. Sciences/ Engineering, Risk Management
- NEBOSH International Certificate in Health & Safety Management
- ISO 45001 Lead Auditor training
- ISO 14001 Lead Auditor training
- Membership of a recognised safety professional body.
Required Experience:
- Minimum 2 – 4 years experience working in a similar role with at least 3 years of management experience.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
