1). Warehouse Manager (Solid Minerals)
Location: Lagos
Job Purpose
- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager specialized in solid minerals processing.
- In this role, you will oversee the storage, and dispatch of solid minerals, ensuring efficient handling, accurate inventory management, and adherence to quality and safety standards.
- You will be responsible for implementing an inventory tracking system, coordinating with third-party labs for quality assurance, and managing inbound and outbound shipments.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of solid minerals, ensuring efficient handling and documentation.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels align with operational and market demand.
- Implement inventory tracking systems to minimize losses, discrepancies, and stock variances.
- Ensure proper segregation of minerals based on grade, type, and quality to maintain product integrity.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure minerals meet required specifications.
- Coordinate with third-party labs for sample testing, certification, and compliance with industry standards.
- Ensure adherence to ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and regulatory safety standards.
- Plan and manage inbound and outbound shipments, optimizing warehouse logistics and scheduling.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and dispatches.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for efficient material storage and movement.
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure consistency in quality, reliability, and timely supply.
- Monitor and control warehouse operational costs, tracking procurement expenses and budget adherence.
- Enforce safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and train staff on safe handling and storage of minerals.
- Generate and analyze reports on inventory, shipments, supplier performance, and warehouse efficiency.
- Supervise and develop warehouse staff, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training for skill enhancement.
Requirements
Special Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in warehouse management or inventory control, preferably in a commodities environment.
- Proven experience in implementing inventory tracking systems and managing quality control processes.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage warehouse operations efficiently.
- Proficient in using warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

2). Business Development & Account Manager

Job Purpose
- The Business Development & Account Manager will drive business growth in our business by identifying new opportunities in key industries such as agro, chemicals, and the FMCG sector.
- You will be responsible for managing the entire client lifecycle—from sourcing new logistics requests and negotiating contracts to coordinating with internal teams for seamless service delivery and tracking performance.
- This role is pivotal in expanding our brand visibility, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, and continuously enhancing our logistics services through strategic market insights and innovative marketing initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and bring in new logistics (Warehouse & Transportation) requests from key industries such as agro, chemicals, FMCG, and more.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in various industries to drive logistics demand.
- Ensure the successful fulfilment of logistics requests by coordinating with internal teams for effective service delivery.
- Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and pricing with new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
- Monitor and analyze the logistics industry to identify market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
