Mission

  • Ensure the correct maintenance operation of the “heavy” onshore equipment, present in the job sites, plants and maintenance bases, performing the instructions received from the Mechanic section leader and /or Workshop Foreman, ensuring the respect of HSE and Quality procedures and practices, following the appropriate manuals supplied by the manufacturers

Tasks

  • Disassemble, reassemble and overhaul of all the heavy equipment (earthmoving machineries ,cranes, pipe layers, pay welder exc.) type hydraulic and mechanical, present in the job sites, plants and maintenance bases usefull for the construction of pipelines or onshore plants
  • Inspect the equipment in order to determine the proper maintenance procedures, by visual observation or with other devices
  • Interpret the manuals and technical drawings (hydraulic, pneumatic and electric if necessary)
  • Produce handmade replacement parts using the tools or equipment available in the workshop
  • Test the equipment to observe the correct operation, diagnose problems detected, and in case of malfunction and perform repairs
  • Prepare lists of the materials and tools to buy when necessary
  • Promptly report any safety hazards or accidents in the workplace
  • Ensure good cleanliness and order in the place of work

4). Planning Lead

Mission

  • Support the Project Manager during the project lifecycle to mantain the project on within the approved budget and risk safe through a suitable and effective control organization.

  • Be responsible for the Document Control System setup and coordinate the implementation of all information and application systems required. Address interface system requirements (e.g. Administration, Procurement, Engineering, ICT), ensure the implementation of the risk management methodology

During Project execution phase:

  • Maintain the Project Control System together with the risk analysis ensuring it works effectively and Project Status is soundly assessed and reported with reference to project baselines and Control Budget which shall be promptly revised according to variation orders agreed.
  • Progress shall be timely measured and schedule and cost forecast shall be consistent and regularly reviewed reflecting the most updated information and current trends. Project p erformance shall be clearly assessed and analysed while any deviation will be timely reported to PM and to any Project member responsible for decision-making.
  • Ensure that reports required by the Client (including backup for client invoicing) and by internal procedures are regularly issued.
  • Direct, coordinate and supervise the work of the Project Control team, fostering and developing a team spirit and ensure that all Team members have a clear understanding of the control philosophy and system, the contribution they are required to give and their role and committment about schedules and costs.
  • Foster the proper implementation of both the project risk and opportunity management system and the company Golden Rules and Silver guidelines, supporting the Project Management during the project lifecycle.

5). Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance Manager

  • Ensure the execution of the head office activities concerning pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, test run, training, maintenance engineering, operation, and handing over of the plant to the Client according to contractual requirements and project objectives in terms of safety, quality, budget, and schedule.

6). Field Instrumentation/Automation and Telecom Lead

Role Description
Mission:

  • Plan, coordinate and control the Hook-up phase of the project, in accordance with Client and contractual requirements, within time and cost constraints and in compliance with HSE and Quality procedures
  • Express Hook-up needs during the E&P phases (e.g., Make or Buy, Constructability, Material Management) identifying optimum balance amongn time, cost and feasibility
