- In this context, we are looking for competent and passionate professionals for a position of Subsea and Pipeline Inspection Engineer M/F .
- This position is located Nigeria in a 8*3 Rotational Mode.
We are primarily looking for a candidate who demonstrates the following responsibilities and skills:
- Elaborate planning and execution of Subsea and Pipelines Inspection activities for all JV Field Operation in Offshore and
Onshore locations - Provide information to HQ after the approval of the Manager.
- Audit of all CONTRACTORS and services.
- Interfaces with the RSES on subsea inspection related issues.
- Ensure the HSE compliance of subsea inspection activities to COMPANY HSE standards and specification
undertakes any other inspection task as requested by the Inspection Manager. - Manages CONTRACT matters for subsea and pipeline activities.
- Responsible for all budgetary matters for all subsea and pipelines activities
- Other activities as may be requested by the direct Manage.
Profile
The following knowledge will be essential for success in this position:
- B. Eng in Mechanical or relevant Engineering discipline.
- 5 years experience in similar function in the Oil & Gas Industry.
- Good communication skill and Computer literacy is an advantage.
- CSWIP 3.4U is an advantage.

2). Brownfield Superintendent, High Voltage – M/F
Location: Nigeria
Missions
- E&I superintendent is responsible for the daily operations of construction site from planning projects phases to overseeing their completion.
- Duties and tasks include scheduling work to proceed according to a strict timeline, conducting audits and checks to ensure that work corresponds to engineering drawings or client requests, and monitoring safety and compliance.
- Experienced and construction field both Green and Brown.
- Able to set priorities and use time effectively, especially when challenges arise.
- Must be professional and communicate effectively with others subcontractors / vendors, should be familiar with the operation of construction tools and machinery and be able.
- The job may include traveling to different work sites and working in various climate conditions.
- Dismantle and Reassemble Instrumentation Equipment.
- Identify potential sources of hazard prior to dismantling.
- Use correct procedures and correct method of dismantling
- Carry out the correct isolation and disconnection procedure.
- Identify, check and prepare components.
- Apply appropriate tests and test equipment to ensure reassembly is correct and effective.
- Supervise, coach and support POWER PLANT Ex inspection strategy.
- Act as focal point for specialist support contractors including setting key performance indicators.
- Ensure, act as, or delegate if practicable, electrical pre-commissioning authority for all plant mods.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc / B.Eng (Petrochemical)
- 10 – 12 Years experience in the operation and maintenance of all electrical systems and equipment at POWER PLANT including HV/LV switchgear, transformers, UPSs, generators, lighting and small power equipment.
- A proven background of High Voltage Systems Component Development.
- Experience in design, commissioning, operation and maintenance of HV Power Systems in Oil/Gas or Power Utility Industries.
- Specific experience of 33kV/132kV GIS switchgear, MV/LV switchgear.
- Operation of transformers, high and medium voltage electrical switchgear, SCADA systems and preferably Gas Turbine Generators.
- Good understanding of key aspects of operation and maintenance of power plant equipment.
- Experience in aging/Brownfield Refinery or petro-chemical asset is a must.

- 6 years or more.

3). Construction/FFSD Manager – M/F

- In this context, we are looking for competent and passionate professionals for a position of Construction/FFSD Manager M/F.
- This position is located Onshore & Offshore with 11*2 Rotation Mode.
Profile
The following knowledge will be essential for success in this position:
- Chartered Engineer (A-levels + 5 years’ study) or Higher National Diploma or Certificate (HND/HNC (A-levels + 3 years’ study) or BTS/DUT or equivalent.
- 10 years experience in the construction field on oil and gas production installations.
- A basic knowledge of the process of oil and gas treatment, installations and a thorough knowledge of the equipment used in oil and gas treatment installations.
- Knowledge in Primavera.
- Experience with offshore production units.
- Previous successful Experience in Full Field ShutDown Management of a FPSO
- Physical ability to work on offshore installations in the climatic conditions of the site
- English mandatory, French a plus.
We are primarily looking for a candidate who demonstrates the following skills:
- Ability to lead, advise and motivate multi-national teams
- Ability to manage all activities related to Construction and FFSD activities
- Ability to lead meetings and conduct supervisory activities
- Establish and maintain the construction standards within the project.
- Support the organization technical preparation (technical dossiers) and material preparation (logistics – infrastructures) for all the aspects of the Construction/ Shutdown, with the team and the designated correspondent of Exxon.
- Follow the performance of the FFSD works until completion, including issuing a close-out report.
- Coordinate with the various involved parties (production, inspection, maintenance, etc.) the definition of the Shut Down scope of work to cover.
