Job Title: Lead Electrical Engineer

Summary:
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical design, installation, and project execution.
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, design software, and industry codes.
- Experience managing engineering teams and supervising subcontractors.
- Proficiency in reviewing and approving electrical designs and AFC drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide engineering solutions on-site.
- Prepare reports, electrical designs, and technical drawings.
- Understand project work scope and ensure the design is fit for purpose.
- Provide technical advice and ensure appropriate material selection during design.
- Review and sign off on electrical designs prepared by the Engineering Services Contractor (ESC) as confirmation of design optimization.
- Manage the company’s Electrical Engineering team, supervising designs by junior engineers and subcontractors.
- Endorse deviations from the design and update As-built For Construction (AFC) drawings accordingly.
- Mobilize to project sites to provide on-ground engineering support during construction and installation phases.
- Ensure strict adherence to installation procedures as per AFC drawings.
