Job Title: Lead Generation & Onboarding Associate
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Contract (Remote)
Description
- We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation & Onboarding Associate to identify potential users and onboard them onto our platform. If you have strong sales and communication skills, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads for organization
- Engage and convert potential users through direct outreach and digital campaigns.
- Guide new users through the onboarding process.
- Track and report lead conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize outreach strategies.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years experience.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or lead generation.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media engagement.
- Must be based in Lagos.
- Must have a working smartphone and laptop.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
