Members of the Firm have garnered considerable quantum of knowledge spanning over some years through working in well-grounded law firms; and have been positively exposed not only to Litgation, but also the Solicitor’s aspect of the legal practice. We undertake work for public and private companies, governments, Nigerian and foreign investors, financial institutions, internationl law and consultancy firms. Our lawyers are often called upon to serve as resource persons at local and international seminars / workshops and as public and private sector office holders/advisers.

Job Title: Legal Associate (NYSC)

Location: Lekki, Lagos

About the Job

• We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Associate (NYSC) to support our legal team.
• The ideal candidate (Has either been called to the Nigeria Bar or about to be called, Currently serving or in Camp) will assist with legal research, drafting, documentation, and administrative duties while gaining practical experience in corporate and litigation practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and provide summaries or memos on findings
• Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, legal opinions, court processes, and internal documents
• Attend court proceedings and client meetings alongside senior lawyers
• Maintain and update legal records, case files, and registers
• Assist with company secretarial duties including board resolutions and regulatory filings
• Monitor relevant regulatory and legal developments
• Perform other legal and administrative duties as assigned.

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly take home of 70,000
• Accomodation.
