Job Title: Legal Intern
Location: Lagos
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct basic legal research on electric mobility policy, environmental regulations, and nonprofit governance.
- Assist in reviewing and drafting internal policy documents, letters, and MoUs.
- Support compliance documentation and filing for association registration and regulatory matters.
- Track legal or policy developments relevant to e-mobility in Nigeria.
- Assist with minute-taking and documentation for meetings.
General Tasks:
- Schedule meetings and prepare agendas.
- Take meeting notes and record action points.
- Help manage Google Drive and shared documents.
- Support special projects and day-to-day team activities.
Qualifications
You should meet one of the following profiles:
- Studying Law or a recent graduate of law (LLB/BL), with a strong interest in sustainability, nonprofits, or public policy.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to understand and summarize legal/regulatory language clearly.
Essentials:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Reliable internet access and access to a laptop or computer.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Passionate about clean energy, electric mobility, or sustainability.
