KFD Consulting – Our client, a significant leader in the Fintech Industry centered on a mobile-based platform for payments, transfers, loans, savings, and other financial vital services, is looking for trustworthy people to fill the following positions:

Title: Loan Collector

Location: ACME, Ikeja, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Workdays: Monday – Saturday

Responsibilities

• Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.
• Plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments.
• Locate and contact debtors to inquire of their payment status.
• Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
• Handle questions or complaints.
• Create trust relationships with debtors when possible to avoid future issues.
• Update account status and database regularly.

Requirements

• SSCE, OND, NCE
• Must reside within Ikeja, Ogba, Ojodu Berger axis.

Salary / Benefits

• Fixed Salary of: N35,000 monthly plus Commission up to N60,000 Monthly
