B’quins Solution Limited is a full service business that specialise in outsourcing, business process outsourcing, HR services, call center (inbound and outbound), customer service, procurement of call center equipments, staff training, logistics and bulk SMS services as per clients’ requirements.

Job Title: Loan Recovery Officer

Location: Allen Avenue – Ikeja, Lagos (Office-based)

Employment Type: Full-time

Industry : FINTECH

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (included Two Saturdays and Two Sundays in a month while there are days for off in between)

Job Specifications
We are looking for candidates with:

• Knowledge: Basic knowledge of sales techniques and financial products; understanding of customer service principles.
• Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and persuasion skills; ability to build rapport quickly; strong problem-solving abilities.
• Abilities: Ability to work independently and as part of a team; comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• SSCE/NCE/OND/HND
• Previous experience in tele sales or customer service is a plus.
• Must not be older than 30 years.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

Benefits

• Salary: N90,000 – N120,000 Monthly. (Net; Inclusive Basic Salary N60,000 – N70,000 plus commission on every recovery and overtime pay ) and increment of salary after three months probation period.
• Transportation Allowance: N8,000 – N10,000 Monthly.
