Job Summary

  • The Logistics Officer & Customer Support is responsible for coordinating cargo movement, tracking shipments, ensuring timely delivery, and providing support to customers throughout the shipping process.
  • This role combines logistics operations with client service to ensure smooth handling and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate cargo pickup, transport, and delivery activities
  • Track shipments and provide regular updates to clients
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure satisfaction
  • Prepare and manage shipping documents, including waybills and invoices
  • Ensure compliance with customs and transportation regulations
  • Liaise with carriers, drivers, and logistics partners to ensure efficiency
  • Maintain records of cargo movements and customer interactions
  • Support the operations team with scheduling and documentation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics or customer service (cargo industry preferred)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics tracking systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Salary

  • N80,000 Monthly.
