Job Title: LPG Plant Manager
Location: Omagba – Onitsha, Anambra

Job Brief
- We are looking for an LPG Plant Manager. The right candidate will handle and coordinate daily activity at the station, which may include handling customer complaints while always ensuring the steady supply of petroleum products and effectively managing all aspect of the business.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations as it relates to the Plant.
- Ensure that there is adequate manpower at all pumps to provide satisfactory services to customers.
- Establish professional relationships with vendors to ensure a steady and timely supply of products at all times
- Oversee and track daily inventory level and stocking activities.
- Ascertain the security of the entire facility by constantly monitoring the facility.
- Maintain proper accounting of daily transactions generated as well as overall company’s financial record
- Handle compliance or feedback from customers in a professional manner
- Implement strategies in alignment with management instruction and approval.
- Provide a clear sense of direction and focus for all staff
- Monitor compliance with safety procedures and trigger instant corrective actions
- Foster a cooperative and motivating spirit amongst staff
- Initiate ideas and strategy that will grow the business.
Requirements
- Proven managerial experience
- Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation)
- Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory management
- Computer literate
- Ability to create accountability and lead by example
- Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
- Ability to use accounting software for sales analysis and inventory reconciliation
- B.Sc or OND qualification.
