Job Summary

  • We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Machine Operator to join our production team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting food processing and packaging machines to ensure smooth and efficient production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor food processing or packaging machinery.
  • Ensure machines are properly set up for production runs.
  • Carry out regular cleaning and maintenance of equipment.
  • Detect and report mechanical faults or malfunctions.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
  • Accurately complete production logs and reports.
  • Collaborate with other team members to meet daily production targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum of SSCE/OND/Technical Certificate or its equivalent.
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing/FMCG environment.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical operations and machine maintenance.
  • Good attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work shifts, or extended hours if required.
