Title: Management System Officer

Location: Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description:

• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision on ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
• Coordinate the preparation of work plan activities to ensure effective project execution.
• Familiarity with preparing work plans for the company and its subsidiaries, ensuring alignment between the 5-year and 1-year plans approved by management.
• Organize discussions and meetings to track progress according to the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle, ensuring implementation and documentation of action plans.
• Conduct analysis and provide recommendations for each project’s action plan, ensuring alignment with the established 5-year and 1-year plans.
• Ensure PDCA implementation in company operations and its subsidiaries, aligning activities with the predetermined policy reviewed by the Board of Directors.
• Prepare materials for corporate reviews and report to the Board of Directors and Management, adhering to established standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Sciences, Management, or Social Science.
• 1 to 3 years of practical experience in a relevant industry.
• Recognized qualification in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001:2018 and 45001:2018 is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of ISO 9001 management system requirements.
• Proficient in writing audit reports.
