Job Title: Manager, Service Management
Location: Nigeria
Responsibilities
- Responsible for defining, implementing, and optimizing IT service management (ITSM) processes and procedures to ensure the reliable, efficient, and secure delivery of technology services to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Pivotal in maintaining high service availability, managing incidents effectively, handling service requests, and driving continuous improvement in line with ITIL best practices and the specific operational demands of a regulated fintech environment.
- Must be conversant with ISO 20000
