ABSU Microfinance Bank Limited, a University Microfinance Bank based in Uturu, Abia state, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Managing Director/Chief Executive

Location: Uturu, Abia

Position and Responsibilities

• The Managing Director is the chief Executive officer of the Bank, responsible to the Board of Directors for the day-to-day administration of the bank.

Qualifications
Experience:

• The Candidate must have at least 10 years post-qualification cognate experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a Microfinance Bank.

The candidate must possess:

• Microfinance Certificate from CIBN and a good honors Degree, preferably in Business
• Administration, Accountancy, Management, Banking & Finance and Economics.
• A recognized professional qualification from any of the following bodies, ICAN, CIBN, NIM.
• Should not be less than 30 years of age.

Salary Conditions of Service

• The salary and conditions of service shall be attractive and negotiable.
