Job Description

• We are seeking to employ Marketing & Customer Growth Executive who is passionate about connecting with bakers, confectioners, and food entrepreneurs to deliver value and unlock growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and attract new clients.
• Identify bakeries, cake shops, and food businesses struggling with access to premium ingredients — and introduce them to Acabado’s product solutions.
• Run and optimize digital campaigns across social media, email marketing, and paid advertising platforms.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to create compelling promotional content and marketing materials.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, new product opportunities, and competitor movements.
• Build long-term relationships with industry stakeholders including distributors, chefs, bakery schools, and influencers.
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and customer feedback to continuously improve strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields with 2-5 years exerience.
• Proven experience in marketing, branding, or client acquisition — preferably in the FMCG or food production space.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and content creation.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to spot gaps in ingredient quality or supply in the market and provide tailored solutions.
