Job Title: Marketing Executive

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Responsibilities

  • Collect information on partners such as installers of household energy storage products and photovoltaic products, after-sales service providers, and small, micro and major energy storage product sales stores through various online and offline channels; search for target customer information of small industrial and commercial energy storage systems. Develop a visit work plan with the superior;
  • Introduce our company and promote our products to customers, including company profile, product models, main performance indicators, advantages, features, etc., to promote customers’ understanding and recognition of our company’s products;
  • Understand and record the customer contact name, phone number, address, current business development and product cooperation/demand information, and then send the feedback to our company;
  • Report gathered customer’s information to the sales team for review
  • Ability to close business transaction with after -sales service providers (installers) and end users; and refer them to our major distributors;
  • Planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and content marketing
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets, sharing insights and best practices to enhance overall sales effectiveness
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and addressing any post-sale inquiries or concerns

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, HND, ND, marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years proven experience in sales, preferably in solar energy, renewable energy, or a related industry.
  • Familiarity with solar energy products, systems, especially lithium and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and influence potential customers.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and meet targets.
  • Ability to understand technical aspects of solar energy systems and convey this knowledge in a clear and accessible manner to customer.
  • Excellent use of social media for marketing purpose.
  • 3 months renewable contract subjected to performances.
