Job Purpose
The primary purpose of the MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning) Intern position at Roadmap for Women and Youth Development in Damaturu, Yobe State, is to support the organization’s mission of empowering women and youth by contributing to the effective monitoring and evaluation of its programs. The key job purposes include:

  • Data Collection: Collecting data related to the organization’s projects and programs through various methods, such as surveys, interviews, and observations.
  • Data Analysis: Analyzing collected data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement, providing valuable insights to the organization.
  • Reporting: Preparing reports and documentation of program progress, outcomes, and impact to inform decision-making and funding requirements.
