Job Title: Mechanical Design Engineer (MEP-BIM)

Job Description
- We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer (MEP-BIM) to contribute to our projects.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of MEP systems and BIM methodologies, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed 3D Revit MEP models and 2D drawings.
- Perform LOD modeling, trade coordination, and generate shop/coordination drawings.
- Execute point cloud modeling and create Revit families.
- Design and model mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection).
- Conduct thorough self-quality checks.
- Collaborate with clients to meet project requirements.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5-8 years of MEP-BIM Design experience.
- Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, HAP, ASHRAE duct/pipe flow, and Elite Fires software.
- Familiarity with ASHRAE, SMACNA, IPC, and NFPA codes.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Team player with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with Fabrication CAD MEP & Dynamo is a plus.
