Job Title: Medical Sales Representative
Locations: Cross River, Enugu, Niger

Job Summary
- We are seeking highly motivated and goal-oriented Medical Sales Representatives (MSR) to drive sales and market expansion in Enugu, Calabar and Minna.
- The MSR will be responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, ensuring strong product adoption and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company’s pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, pharmacies, and medical institutions.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations and detailing sessions for healthcare professionals.
- Effectively plan and execute territory coverage to maximize outreach.
- Maintain an updated database of clients, leads, and sales records.
- Adhere to ethical sales practices and comply with company policies, industry regulations, and medical sales best practices.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in medical sales or pharmaceutical marketing is an advantage (entry-level candidates with strong sales potential will be considered).
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Excellent relationship management and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with the territories and existing relationships with healthcare professionals will be an advantage.
