Overview
- IHA is committed to fostering the growth and success of early-career African women (0-3 years of work experience) by providing mentorship, career development resources, and a supportive community.
- Through our structured mentorship program, we connect mentees with accomplished professionals across various industries to provide guidance, share experiences, and help them navigate their career journeys. Our program includes one-on-one virtual mentorship consultations, virtual mastery and networking sessions.

Who Can Apply?
We are looking for professionals who:
- Have at least 3 years of work experience in their field.
- Are committed to supporting, encouraging, and providing guidance to mentees.
- Can dedicate 2-3 hours per week for mentorship sessions (virtual).
- Have a passion for women’s empowerment, leadership, and career development.
