Job Title: Mobile Money Operator Relationship Manager

Location: Osun

Reports to: Regional Manager – South West / MMO Operations Lead

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Osun MMO RM is tasked with managing agent relationships and performance within Osun State.
• The role focuses on service availability, agent activation, and driving financial inclusion.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and grow a network of mobile money agents across Osun.
• Facilitate agent onboarding, KYC compliance, and liquidity management.
• Monitor daily transaction performance and support field troubleshooting.
• Conduct routine check-ins with agents to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Implement agent engagement initiatives to increase retention.
• Coordinate closely with the finance and product teams on agent feedback.
• Enforce compliance with company standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Generate weekly performance and field activity reports.

Monthly Target:

• 30,000 application forms per month.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business Admin, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in agency banking or mobile money ecosystems.
• Familiarity with Osun terrain and financial services culture.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.
