Job Title: National Control System Project Manager
Location: Offshore, Niger Delta, Nigeria

About the Role
- We are inviting applications from experienced and results-driven professionals for the role of Project Manager for the National Control System (NCS) project.
- This high-profile national initiative aims to establish an integrated, secure, and efficient control system to support strategic decision-making and real-time monitoring across critical sectors.
- The Project Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the project, working closely with government agencies, technical teams, and international partners to ensure timely and successful delivery in line with national priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the National Control System project, ensuring alignment with national objectives, technical standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Define project scope, develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, IT specialists, consultants, and contractors.
- Engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders across ministries, regulatory agencies, and development partners.
- Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and present updates to senior leadership and oversight committees.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data privacy, and infrastructure governance protocols.
- Oversee procurement, quality assurance, and change management processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field. (A Master’s degree is an advantage.)
- 7–10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a project management role leading large-scale infrastructure or systems projects.
- PMP, or recognized project management certification.
- Strong understanding of SCADA, ICS, or other national control and monitoring systems.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects under tight timelines.

- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Experience working within government frameworks or public sector projects is an advantage.
