Job Title: National Sales Manager
Location: Berger, Lagos

Job Description
- The National Medical Sales Manager will lead and manage the sales team across the country, ensuring strategic alignment with the company’s business goals.
- This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, fostering strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and driving business growth across regions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of regional and territory sales managers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare stakeholders, including hospitals, pharmacies, and distributors.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional activities and campaigns.
- Prepare and manage the national sales budget and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, or related field (required).
- Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or related postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 8 – 10 years in medical/pharmaceutical sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience managing a large, multi-regional sales tea
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical/medical device sales.
- Strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Lagos/Abuja (or specified HQ location).
