Job Title: Network Operations Manager
Location: Lagos
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and executing network projects such as upgrades, expansions, migrations and integration.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, availability and security issues while ensuring compliance with SLAs.
- Manage and supervise a team of network engineers, technicians and administrators while providing guidance and training
- Coordinate with other IT Managers, vendors and stakeholders to align network strategies and business needs.
- You are to develop and enforce network policies and standards while ensuring adherence to industry regulations and best policies.
- They recommend network technologies to improve efficiency, reliability and scalability.
- Contribute to design and enhancement of the company’s data center infrastructures.
- Manages outages bridges, compose detailed shift and outage reports to Management.
- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in Network Engineering.
- Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account set and network configuration.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years experience.
