Job Title: Office Assistant
Location: Ode Remo, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in handling office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Manage office supplies and ensure items are stocked as needed.
- Help in receiving and directing visitors, calls, and correspondence.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office space.
- Assist staff in running errands such as mail delivery and document submission.
- Support other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess minimum of an OND qualification
- 2+ years previous previous experience as an Office Assistant, Clerk, or Administrative Assistant is an advantage.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions.
- Must be punctual, hardworking, and attentive to details.
