Job Title: Office Assistant

Job Summary
- Puff and Glaze Limited is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support the smooth running of day-to-day administrative operations.
- The ideal candidate will assist with clerical tasks, maintain office cleanliness and organization, and ensure timely support across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and orderly office environment, including common areas and supplies.
- Assist HR and Admin teams with document organization and staff record-keeping.
- Run errands such as delivering documents, picking up supplies, or paying utility bills.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and report shortages.
- Ensure visitors are welcomed and directed appropriately.
- Support other departments with logistics and operational tasks as requested.
Key Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE/OND; additional qualifications in administration are an advantage.
- 1–2 years experience in a similar role preferred.
- Basic knowledge of office tools (photocopier, scanner, printers, Microsoft Office).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Honest, organized, and dependable.
- Ability to work under supervision and follow instructions.
Working Conditions:
- Office-based role, with occasional outdoor errands.
- Monday–Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm); may include weekend and public holidays availability as needed.
Salary
- N50,000 – N60,000 Monthly.
