Job Title: Office Assistant

Location: Gbagada, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • Puff and Glaze Limited is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support the smooth running of day-to-day administrative operations.
  • The ideal candidate will assist with clerical tasks, maintain office cleanliness and organization, and ensure timely support across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly office environment, including common areas and supplies.
  • Assist HR and Admin teams with document organization and staff record-keeping.
  • Run errands such as delivering documents, picking up supplies, or paying utility bills.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and report shortages.
  • Ensure visitors are welcomed and directed appropriately.
  • Support other departments with logistics and operational tasks as requested.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of SSCE/OND; additional qualifications in administration are an advantage.
  • 1–2 years experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of office tools (photocopier, scanner, printers, Microsoft Office).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Honest, organized, and dependable.
  • Ability to work under supervision and follow instructions.

Working Conditions:

  • Office-based role, with occasional outdoor errands.
  • Monday–Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm); may include weekend and public holidays availability as needed.

Salary

  • N50,000 – N60,000 Monthly.
