Job Description

• We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to ensure our workplace operates smoothly and efficiently.
• The ideal candidate will take charge of facility management, cleanliness, and basic administrative tasks to create a welcoming and organized environment for staff and visitors.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain office cleanliness, ensuring all areas, including common spaces and meeting rooms, are tidy and organized.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene in the makerspace.
• Provide assistance during office events and team gatherings.
• Perform regular checks of the office to identify and address any maintenance issues.
• General office support and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in office support, facility management, or housekeeping is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment and maintenance procedures.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
