Job Title: Office Assistant

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
• Provide data entry and document management support
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and events
• Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
• Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities
• Support colleagues with tasks, projects, and deadlines
• Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE or OND qualification with 0-2 years experience.

Salary

• N150,000 – N200,000 / Month.
