Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Male Office Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficiency in social media management, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
• Manage and maintain social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) by creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments, and analyzing engagement metrics.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Assist in planning and coordinating events, meetings, and appointments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
• Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

• Qualification: SSCE, NCE, OND, HND, or B.Sc in any field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Gmail)
• Excellent social media knowledge, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Residency Requirement: Must reside around Festac Town and its environs.
