Job Title: Office Assistant

Location: Nigeria

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to provide administrative support to our team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • Greet visitors and provide general information about the organization
  • Manage and maintain files, both physical and digital
  • Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and other administrative tasks
  • Provide support for meetings and events, including scheduling, setup, and cleanup
  • Order supplies and maintain inventory
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
